29 CFR 1910.157(d)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not selected based on the classes of anticipated workplace fires and on the size and degree of hazard which would affect their use: Little Tujunga Training Building, kitchen: On or about February 11, 2026, and at times prior thereto, fire extinguishers available for employee(s) in the event of a fire were class ABC rated extinguishers instead of class K, which were not suitable for grease fires . This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
