29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use At the jobsite located at 607 N 1st St. Atchison, Kansas, employees were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer did not have safety data sheets for the gasoline that employees use to fill the compressor used at the jobsite.
