29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A) Superior Machining, Inc. on or about 02/04/26 at the address of 317 Aspen Way, Dubois, PA: The employer installed permanent light fixtures on the ceiling while using extension cords to power the permanent lights. B) Superior Machining, Inc. on or about 02/04/26 at the address of 317 Aspen Way, Dubois, PA: One employee was using a fixed light as permanent lighting with an extension cord on the outside of lathe #3003 .
