On or about January 20, 2026 in the Dusit Place Hotel First floor office, an employee was using a chipping hammer to remove floor tiles without any control measures other than respiratory protection implemented from Table 1-Specified Exposure Control Methods When Working with Materials Containing Crystalline Silica.
