29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about December 29, 2025, employees in the facility who routinely use cleaning fluids such as but not limited to Spartan BNC-15, were not provided with facilities for quick flushing of eyes in the immediate area throughout the facility. (b) On or about December 29, 2025, an employee in the facility who routinely uses pool chemicals such as but not limited to Acid Magic and Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, not provided with facilities for quick flushing of eyes in the immediate area in the pool pump room.
