29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): Where lockout was used for energy control, the employer did not certify/document that the periodic inspections between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected have been performed: a) On or about 12/16/2026, throughout the manufacturing areas; where employees perform servicing and maintenance on machine and equipment such as, but limited to press brakes, laser cutting machines and powder coating lines. The employer did not certify/document the review of each "authorized" employees performing a lockout operation. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
