The roof - On or about December 18, 2025, the employer did not document that equipment complies with employer's chosen RAGAGEP IIAR 2-2014, section 15 .5 .1.3. when the discharge termination from pressure relief devices relieving to atmosphere was less than 7.25 ft (2.2 m) above a roof that is occupied solely during service and inspection.
