29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) 1825 Murray Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401: Employees were removing a 50 foot tall antenna structure utilizing a 68 foot tall Tower Equipment Co PT21 gin pole that was erected and secured to a 300 foot tall AM Blu Knox communication towers structure and were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and regulations to avoid injuries and death on or about 12/05/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
