29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i):"Procedures." The employer shall maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) and shall make it available for inspection by employees and by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives. Note: The written procedures may be in the form of a copy of paragraph (b) of this section. a)On or about November 26, 2025, The employer failed to develop and maintain written lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for tasks involving electrical maintenance. As a result, an employee was exposed to energized electrical components while working on a ballast, received an electric shock, and fell from a ladder. Employees are exposed to serious hazards, including electrical shock and fall-related injuries.
