29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. Location: Worksite; rear of building. a) On or about 11/25/25, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the ground below when crossing from one section of scaffold to another, on the same tier level. The scaffold does not have guardrails to protect employees from falling.
