29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a. On or about November 18, 2025, the employer did not ensure that periodic inspections were conducted for the authorized employees at the assembly area finishing line of the facility, who were tasked with performing maintenance and servicing on machines such as, but not limited to, the Solder Robot Machine, SMMS-14575. As a result, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards.
