29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. (a) At 15001 Gasparilla Road Placida, Florida 33946: On or about 9/5/2025, employees unloading or loading vessels from forks of a forklift were exposed to fall, struck by and drowning hazards when the dock employees were stepping off of the edge of the dock to get into the vessel.
