29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that qualified persons were capable of working safely on energized circuits and were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools: a) 200 West 7th Ave Collegeville, Shop Area - Maintenance employees are regularly assigned to perform work tasks involving energized parts and circuitry ranging from 50 to 480 volts. The employer has not provided arc flash training to the employees performing this work.
