29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures: a) Intersection of Norwood Lane and Chief Lane, Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about 08/14/2025, employees were exposed to caught-in/crushed-by hazards when they worked inside an excavation where the pavement was undermined without any type of protective system was in place.
