29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about 7/29/2025, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards while roofing a residential building located at 3184 Lupine Drive in Arnold, MO. The employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. The employees were conducting roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than ten (10) feet. Juan Ortiz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707444, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 544 Forest Park Drive in Foristell, MO.
