29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Production - July 28, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that a chain and sprocket within seven or less feet from the ground on the Meeco round bar straightening machine was provided with a guard on all exposed sides to enclose the hazard posed by the moving equipment. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
