29 CFR 1910.268(c): The employer did not prepare employee training certification records which included the identity of the person trained, the signature of the employer or the person who conducted the training, and the date the training was completed: On or about July 14, 2025, at the internet tower of the worksite, an employee was utilizing a fall protection system to climb an internet tower and there was no certification of record provided documenting that employees climbing towers had been trained on the required subjects.
