29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: (a) 1355 West 52nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80221: On or about July 9, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from fire and explosion hazards in that employees were authorized to use spark producing electrical equipment such as hand-held battery drills to extract gasoline from automobile fuel tanks.
