29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area: a- Lot 502, Thompson Drive, West Windsor NJ - Workers, th company worksite Foreman, and other worksite personnel were exposed to struck by hazards when walking and working beneath the company's worksite pump jack scaffold that did not have the area beneath it barricaded. Condition observed on or about 06/26/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
