29 CFR 1926.1412(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that equipment that had been repaired was inspected by a qualified person to ensure the repair met the manufacturer's criteria: On or about June 24, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in mega spaceship unexpected anomaly debris demolition and clean-up, utilized a Grove RT9150E crane which had returned from service without the employer ensuring repairs met manufacturer's criteria via an inspection by a qualified person.
