29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials: a) 333 Gap Road, Ronks, PA 17572, Back Shop, on or about June 20, 2025, employees were permitted to consume food at their workstations adjacent to hazardous operations involving welding and machining, exposing employees to the ingestion of heavy metals, including, but not limited to, lead. b) 333 Gap Road, Ronks, PA 17572, Back Shop, on or about June 20, 2025, employees were exposed to lead on the buttons of the microwave, refrigerator door handle, and the buttons of the toaster oven while preparing and immediately prior to consuming food and/or beverages. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
