29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: Residential construction site near/at 32 Pickawee Merrimack road, Middlefield CT: On or about June 20, 2025, the work platform supported by the JLG telehandler forklift was not attached to the forks for the employees working from the platform while performing activities such as (but not limited to) roof sheathing activities up to 24 feet 10 inches high.
