29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) 301 Gap Road, Ronks, PA 17572 - the employer did not conduct annual inspections of the energy control procedures for equipment including, but not limited to, the Car Shop Drop Pit, on or about June 20, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
