29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about June 13, 2025, the employer failed to ensure employees working at heights of approximately 10 feet from the first level and 15 plus feet from the second level were trained on the hazards of a fall and how to minimize the hazards.
