29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii):The employer did not select a NIOSH-certified respirator: On or about May 14, 2025 - Frank Billanti Casting Company, Inc. located at 42 West 38th Street Suite 204 , New York, NY 10018. a) Employees working in the casting room are required to wear respirators such as but not limited to Air Gear Pro G-500 half-face elastomeric respirator which are not NIOSH-certified. b) Employee working in the casting room are required to wear respirators such as but not limited to Ease Camp N99 Active Carbon filters which are not NIOSH- certified. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
