29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 506 Lacey Lane, Belgrade MT: On or about April 23, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while operating a JLG 600A Aerial Lift to attach siding to a residential apartment building without the use of fall protection.
