29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a) 4807 Long Beach Blvd., Beach Haven, NJ: Two workers were exposed to struck by hazards when using electric, portable circular saws and nail guns without eye or face protection while cutting plywood, wooden framing components, nailing framing and plywood, and other related materials used in the framing and sheathing activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 04/24/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
