29 CFR 1910.110(b)(6)(vii): The separation between liquefied petroleum gas containers and flammable liquid tanks was not 20 feet. (a) On or about April 24, 2025, the employer failed to keep liquefied petroleum gas containers from diesel fuel stored in an above ground storage unit, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fire and explosions.
