29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about April 14, 2025, in department 7; employees utilized Wickman Screw Machines that were not guarded at point of operation while conducting manufacturing activities. Dynamic Tool Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670296, citation number 2, item number1 b and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1421 Vanderbilt Dr., El Paso, TX 79935.
