29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 27, 2025, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazards of the eye while using a pneumatic nail gun, on a construction site in Dunlap, Illinois, and the employer did not ensure the use of eye protection.
