29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about March 25, 2025, and at times prior, located on the east side of the commercial building, employees conducted masonry activities from the scaffold where guardrails were not installed on all open ends of the platform.
