29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: (a) On the roofs of Buildings 2916 and 2922 at the site, located at Royal Tuscan Lane, Valrico, FL 33594, on or about 3/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that employees performing roofing work operating pneumatic nail guns were not provided with eye protection.
