OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately six (6) feet due to an improperly constructed guard rail on stairs: a) Bay 5 Seeding Side Stairs- On or about March 21, 2025, employees accessing the grow system from the seeding side were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately six (6) feet from a guard rail that was less than 42 inches. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
