29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employees were not prohibited to be underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment: a) On or about March 20, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was installing storm sewer pipe in an excavation while working underneath loads being lowered into the excavation by the Caterpillar 340 hydraulic excavator Serial No. EFH30012, thereby exposing the employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.
