29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about November 14, 2024, on a site located at coordinates 24.560502, -81.812394 on the island of Sunset Key in Key West FL, the employer did not train the employees on how to safely replace a dock beam thus exposing the employees to a struck-by hazard as they worked beneath an unsecured wooden beam.
