29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) On or about March 7, 2025, Employees were accessing a one story house and did not have a ladders that extended 3 feet about the upper level. The Alberto Huerta was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587061, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-23-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2404 Blackjack Oak Road, TERRELL, TX 75160 .
