29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Employees engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking / working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: (a)Pro Framing, Inc. at 1215 North Oaks Avenue, Hartford, SD 57033: On or about and at times prior to March 6, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while installing corrugated steel roofing material on the roof of a wooden pole-to-truss pole barn. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet.
