29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Main Service Panel - On or about February 26, 2025, an employee was exposed to live parts and arc flash hazards when working to install 2 Current Transformers (CTs) in the Main Service Panel (240 Volts) with a red wire that had damaged insulation exposing the wire to the edge of the Main Service Panel. The employee was not trained in electrical safe work practices.
