29 CFR 1915.81(b)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each walkway was clear of tools, materials, equipment, and other objects that create a hazard for employees. On or about February 23, 2025, on the starboard side of the vessel, items such as ropes, paint buckets, trash bags, and paint thinners used for painting tasks were obstructing the walkway.
