29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3): Abrasive wheels used on vertical portable grinder(s) (right angle head grinders) were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel: a) Warehouse/backside - On or about 02/20/2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that a safety guard was provided on the Dewalt Angle portable grinder's blade while utilized by employees to smooth the carbon steel racking.
