29 CFR 1910.307(b): Areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 were not properly documented: a) Weyerhaeuser, Line 2 MCC Room: On or about February 19th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and subsequent explosion hazards from combustible dust build up while performing work in and around the line 2 Motor Control Center (MCC). The employer failed to document or designate the line 2 MCC as a hazardous (classified) location.
