29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about February 07, 2025, the employer did not ensure that suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided to mixing operators for immediate emergency use while removing a ball valve connected to an ingredient line that contained corrosive materials such as sulfuric acid located in the rear of Mixer #2.
