At the worksite located at N 1031 Topping Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120 employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards while conducting maintenance, housekeeping, and grain handling operations. The employer did not ensure that stairs used for accessing and egressing the basement between old house and middle house had uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings.
