29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: (a) On or about January 31, 2025, employees performing the work of anodize compressor breaker replacement were not protected from electrical shock or arc flash in that written procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 were not available to be utilized by them.
