29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.� On or about January 28, 2025, at an establishment located at 2441 East Glendale Avenue, Wisconsin, in the Coating Department, the employer did not develop and document procedures to be utilized when employees were engaged in service and maintenance activities; such as, but not limited to, cleaning of rolls, making adjustments, roll changes, and set-up activities on the Vireo 3 print machine.
