29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. (a) On or about January 29, 2025, the employer had not ensured employees were protected from flying objects by providing safety glasses. Employees were exposed to a possible danger of eye injury from flying objects, while using a pneumatic nail gun to install drip edges on a two-story residential property.
