1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B) Piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID's); (a) Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: On or about January 13, 2025, inspection of the piping system on the roof identified that piping was inaccurately labeled and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)'s R106 & R105 did not reflect the current piping configuration associated with DR, HGD, HTRS, and the HTRL lines. The HTRL lines were label duplicatively and did not have unique identification. The P&IDs R106 & R105 did not have the correct nomenclature for each line in the system in that the 2 HTRL lines were label the same and could not be differentiated on the P&ID's. (b) Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: On or about January 13, 2025, inspection of the piping system on the roof, identified that P&IDs R106 & R105 did not reflect current piping configuration associated with DR, HGD, HTRS, HTRL, & HTRL. P&IDs R106 & R105 did not have the correct nomenclature for each line in the system in that the DR was represented as HTRS. (c) Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: On or about January 13, 2025, inspection of the piping system on the roof, identified that P&IDs did not reflect current piping configuration associated with DR. The DR was missing in P&ID R106 for the AU1, AU5, AU7, and AU8. (d) Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: On or about January 13, 2025, inspection of the piping system on the roof, identified that P&IDs did not reflect current piping configuration associated with LLTS. The LLTS was removed in the expansion of the system in 2013. (e) Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems: On or about January 13, 2025, inspection of the piping system on the roof, identified that P&IDs R106 & R105 did not reflect current piping configuration associated with DR, HGD, HTRS, HTRL, & HTRL. P&IDs R106 & R105 did not have any diameter values for each line in the system.
