29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3):Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator. a) Manufactured Housing Enterprise, Inc. on or about January 8, 2025, at the location of 09302 US Hwy 6 Bryan, Ohio: The employer did not ensure kickback fingers were in place to protect employees from kickback of material when hand feeding the table saw . Due to this condition, operators tasked with rip cutting OSB material on the Delta table saw at station 5 in plant 2, were exposed struck by hazards.
