29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New townhome construction located on Lot# 89; second floor: On or about January 01, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards over 10 feet 2 inches from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities. The Salazar Castillo Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550190, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-13-2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #67 Birchmore Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Salazar Castillo Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426531, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/10/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Oakleigh Manor Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215.
