29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about January 3, 2025, at 11240 Northwest 122nd Street, Miami, Florida, in the electrical battery charging areas, the employer did not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes while employees were exposed to injurious chemical burns from corrosive materials when charging batteries of powered industrial trucks.
